HƯỚNG DẪN VIẾT BÀI

1. Giải thích đề

Sơ đồ mô tả quy trình tạo ra một khu lưu trữ bằng vật liệu gọi là concrete canvas.

→ Dạng: process (man-made, linear, nhiều bước)

2. Introduction (paraphrase)

The diagram illustrates the process of creating a storage area using concrete canvas.

3. Overview (ý chính)

Quy trình gồm 8 bước chính, từ sản xuất đến sử dụng
Có thể chia thành 3 giai đoạn:

→ manufacturing & delivery → installation → hardening & usage

Điểm nổi bật:

→ vật liệu ban đầu mềm (dạng cuộn) nhưng trở nên cứng sau khi được làm ướt

4. Body chia logic

BODY 1 – Manufacturing → Delivery → Preparation

Ban đầu:

→ concrete canvas được sản xuất với 3 lớp:

fibrous surface
dry concrete
waterproof layer
Sau đó:

→ vật liệu được cuộn lại và vận chuyển bằng xe tải

Khi đến nơi:

→ được unwrapped (mở ra)

BODY 2 – Installation \+ shaping

Tiếp theo:

→ tấm canvas được trải trên mặt đất

Sau đó:

→ được cố định bằng pegs

Một máy bơm:

→ pumps air into the structure

→ Kết quả:

tạo thành hình mái vòm (arched structure)

BODY 3 – Hardening \+ final use

Tiếp theo:

→ nước được phun lên bề mặt (hydrating)

Sau khoảng:

→ 20–24 hours, vật liệu sets and hardens

Cuối cùng:

→ cấu trúc được sử dụng như a storage area

5. Từ vựng ăn điểm

concrete canvas → vải bê tông
fibrous surface → bề mặt sợi
waterproof layer → lớp chống nước
unwrap → tháo cuộn
spread on the ground → trải trên mặt đất
peg → cọc cố định
pump air → bơm khí
hydrate → làm ướt
set / harden → đông cứng
storage facility → khu lưu trữ

The diagram illustrates how a storage area is constructed using concrete canvas.

Overall, the process involves eight main stages, beginning with the manufacture of the canvas and ending with a fully formed storage structure. Key steps include delivering and preparing the material, inflating it with air, hydrating it, and allowing it to harden.

Initially, the concrete canvas is produced with three layers: a fibrous top surface, a dry concrete layer, and a waterproof backing. The material is then rolled up and delivered to the construction site. After delivery, it is unwrapped and the protective cover is removed.

Next, the canvas is spread flat on the ground and secured in place using pegs, typically over a length of around 10 metres. An air pump is then used to inflate the canvas, giving it a curved, tunnel-like shape. Once the structure is formed, it is sprayed with water to activate the concrete.

After hydration, the material is left to set for 20 to 24 hours, during which it hardens into a solid structure. Finally, the completed storage area can be used for storing goods such as boxes.
