HƯỚNG DẪN VIẾT BÀI

Olive oil production process

2. Introduction (paraphrase)

Giữ:

olive oil – production

Dùng:

shows → illustrates / outlines
process → procedure

Ví dụ:

The diagram illustrates the process of producing olive oil.

3. Overview (ý chính)

Quy trình gồm nhiều giai đoạn:

harvesting → cleaning → crushing → extracting → separating → storage

5. Gợi ý từ vựng

be harvested → được thu hoạch
be washed → được rửa sạch
be crushed → được nghiền
be processed into → được chuyển thành
be extracted → được chiết xuất
be separated from → được tách khỏi
by-product → sản phẩm phụ

The diagram illustrates the process of producing olive oil from fresh olives.

Overall, the process involves several stages, beginning with harvesting and ending with storage, while waste materials are removed at different points.

Initially, olives are picked from trees and collected in a vat. They are then washed and de-leafed to remove impurities before being crushed in a mill to form olive paste. This paste is transferred to a malaxer, where it is slowly mixed at a controlled temperature of below 27°C.

Next, the mixture is processed in a centrifugal press, which separates the paste into different components. Solid waste, known as pomace, is removed and can be further processed elsewhere. The remaining liquid undergoes decantation to separate oil from water and solids.

Finally, the oil is further purified through a separation stage, where waste water is removed. The finished virgin oil is then stored in a storage tank for later use.
