HƯỚNG DẪN VIẾT BÀI

Small-scale commercial honey production

→ Dạng: process (2 stages: natural \+ man-made)

2. Introduction (paraphrase)

Giữ:

honey production – bees – humans

Dùng:

shows → illustrates / outlines
process → procedure

Ví dụ:

The diagram illustrates the process of small-scale commercial honey production, including both the bee phase and the human processing stage.

3. Overview (ý chính)

Quy trình gồm 2 giai đoạn chính:

1. Ong tạo mật trong tổ

5. Gợi ý từ vựng

nectar → mật hoa
honeycomb → tổ ong
be deposited → được đưa vào
be dried → được làm khô
be sealed → được niêm phong
be extracted → được chiết xuất
be filtered → được lọc
impurities → tạp chất
final product → sản phẩm cuối cùng

The diagram illustrates the process of small-scale commercial honey production, which involves both natural activities carried out by bees and subsequent human processing stages.

Overall, the production consists of two main phases: the bee phase, where nectar is transformed into honey and stored in honeycombs, and the human phase, where the honey is extracted, processed, and prepared for sale.

In the first phase, bees begin by gathering nectar from flowers. This nectar is then deposited into honeycomb cells inside the hive. After that, bees dry the liquid by fanning it with their wings, reducing its moisture content. Finally, the cells are cleaned and sealed with wax, indicating that the honey is ready for collection.

In the second phase, humans harvest the honeycombs from the hive. These combs are then pressed to extract the raw honey. The extracted liquid is heated at a temperature of around 45–50°C before being passed through a sieve tank to remove impurities such as dirt or wax. Next, the honey is transferred to a settling tank, where it is left for 2–4 days. In the final step, the purified honey is packaged into jars and distributed for sale.
