The six pie charts compare how students in three countries (A, B and C) participated in evening classes, online courses and study abroad in 2010 and 2015.

Overall, evening classes remained the dominant mode in all three countries, although their shares declined over time, particularly in Country B and C. Meanwhile, online learning increased markedly across all countries, whereas studying abroad showed mixed trends.

In Country A, evening classes accounted for the majority in both years, though this figure fell slightly from 70% in 2010 to 67% in 2015. Online learning doubled from 5% to 10%, while participation in studying abroad decreased marginally from 25% to 23%.

A more dramatic shift occurred in Country B. While evening classes dominated in 2010 at 72%, this proportion dropped sharply to 48% by 2015. In contrast, online learning rose significantly from 8% to 32%, becoming a major mode of study. The proportion of students studying abroad remained unchanged at 20%.

Country C showed a similar pattern to Country B, though less pronounced. Evening classes declined from an overwhelming 94% in 2010 to 82% in 2015. Online participation more than doubled from 6% to 15%, whereas the proportion studying abroad fell from a negligible level to just 3% in 2015.
