The maps compare the current layout of a university campus with its proposed future development.

Overall, the site will become more academic-focused, with new facilities such as a lab and additional lecture rooms, while recreational and green areas will be reduced and a staff car park will be added.

At present, the central library is located in the middle of the campus, surrounded by trees. To the east is an indoor sports hall, while the drama centre is situated just southeast of the library. In the southern area, there are a teaching building, a café, a lecture room, and an IT centre.

In the future plan, several changes are proposed. The drama centre will be replaced by a music centre, and a new laboratory and office will be constructed in the northern area, reducing the number of trees. Two lecture rooms will replace the single existing one, and an additional teaching building will be added. A staff car park will be introduced in the southwest, replacing green space, while the café and IT centre will remain in similar positions.
