HƯỚNG DẪN VIẾT BÀI

Road system (now vs proposed plan)

→ Dạng: map – present vs future (proposed changes)

2\. Introduction (paraphrase)

Giữ:

road system / layout
now / proposed plan

Dùng:

shows → illustrates / compares
plan → proposed development / future layout

Ví dụ:

The maps illustrate the current road layout and the proposed future development of the area.

4\. Chia BODY

BODY 1 – Hiện trạng (NOW)

5\. Gợi ý từ vựng

be expanded → được mở rộng
be replaced by → được thay thế bởi
be constructed → được xây dựng
be connected to → được kết nối với
transport network → hệ thống giao thông
improve connectivity → cải thiện kết nối

The maps compare the current road system with a proposed redevelopment of the area.

Overall, the plan involves a major expansion of the road network, including new routes, roundabouts, and improved connections to the town centre, while the airfield will be replaced by an industrial estate.

At present, a single main road (A2) runs north–south, linking a roundabout near the airfield in the northwest to the town centre in the southeast. A railway line runs parallel to this road, with a gas station located nearby, and the town centre is surrounded by a small ring road.

In the proposed plan, the airfield will be redeveloped into an industrial estate connected to a new roundabout. Additional roundabouts will be introduced along the main route, and a new road (A4) will form a large loop around the area, improving access. The town centre will be linked to this expanded network and remain encircled by a ring road, while the railway and gas station will remain unchanged.
