The diagrams show how a building was used for different purposes between 1958 and the present.

Overall, the building changed from an office to a residential apartment and is now a flower shop, with each stage involving a complete reorganisation of internal space.

Between 1958 and 1984, the building functioned as an office. It contained several work-related rooms, including a meeting room, manager’s office, assistant’s office, and secretary’s office. Supporting facilities such as a kitchen, toilet, and reception area were also provided, all arranged around a central layout.

From 1985 to 2000, the building was converted into an apartment. The internal structure was simplified to suit residential use, with a living room occupying a large central area. Two bedrooms were added on the right, while the kitchen was positioned in the upper section. A bathroom and shower replaced the office facilities on the left.

Since 2001, the building has been used as a flower shop. The space is now divided into functional retail areas, including a flower display zone in the centre, a play area, and a section for gift cards. A kitchen and office are located on the right-hand side, reflecting both commercial and operational needs.
