The maps compare the layout of Grange Park in 1920 and at present.

Overall, the park has been significantly modernised, with the addition of recreational and commercial facilities, while some original features have been removed or relocated.

In 1920, the park was relatively traditional in design. There were rose gardens in three corners, along with a stage for musicians on the left and a central fountain. A pond for water plants was located on the right, and a glasshouse occupied the bottom-right corner. Seating areas were distributed around the park, and there were two entrances from Arnold Avenue and Eldon Street.

Today, the layout is more diverse and functional. The stage has been replaced by an amphitheatre for concerts on the left. The central fountain has been removed and replaced by a large circular rose garden surrounded by seating. On the right-hand side, the pond has been redeveloped into a water feature, while a café and a children’s play area have been added in the upper-right area. The glasshouse has been removed to make way for an underground car park, with its entrance located in the bottom-right corner.
