HƯỚNG DẪN VIẾT BÀI

Room layouts for training sessions (Plan A vs Plan B)

1\. Giải thích đề

Sơ đồ so sánh hai cách bố trí phòng cho các buổi đào tạo.

→ Dạng: diagram – comparison (two layouts)

2\. Introduction (paraphrase)

Giữ: room layouts – training sessions – Plan A – Plan B

Dùng:

shows → illustrates / compares
layouts → arrangements / configurations

4\. Chia BODY

BODY 1 – Plan A

Podium nằm ở góc trên bên trái
Whiteboard đặt ở phía trên, gần trung tâm
Ba cụm bàn:
Một ở bên trái
Một ở bên phải
Một ở phía dưới
Morning tea area đặt dọc phía dưới phòng
Bố cục khá phân tán, các nhóm tách biệt

→ Ý: phù hợp với làm việc nhóm riêng lẻ, ít tương tác chung

BODY 2 – Plan B

5\. Gợi ý từ vựng

be arranged in → được sắp xếp theo
be positioned → được đặt ở
be relocated → được di chuyển
face towards → hướng về
facilitate interaction → thúc đẩy tương tác
collaborative layout → bố cục mang tính hợp tác

The diagrams compare two alternative layouts (Plan A and Plan B) for a training room.

Overall, both plans contain the same basic elements—tables, chairs, a podium, a whiteboard, and a refreshment area—but they are arranged differently. Plan B appears to offer a more centralised presentation space, while Plan A provides a clearer separation between the training and refreshment areas.

In Plan A, the whiteboard is positioned along the front wall, with the podium placed to the left of it. Three separate tables are arranged across the room: one in the centre, one to the right, and one at the bottom. Chairs are grouped around each table. The morning tea area is located along the back wall, away from the main presentation space.

In contrast, Plan B places the podium in a more central position beneath the whiteboard, which remains on the front wall. The tables are arranged more symmetrically, with two larger tables on either side and one at the bottom. Chairs are distributed around these tables in a more balanced manner. Additionally, the morning tea area has been moved to the front-left corner of the room, closer to the entrance.
