By 2001, the USA had risen to approximately 30%, while Canada increased more modestly to about 18%. However, Canada then saw a sharp surge to around 55% in 2003, overtaking the USA, which reached just under 40% in the same year.

After 2003, all three countries continued to grow. The USA increased steadily from about 38% to 70% by 2009\. Canada maintained the most rapid upward trend, climbing from around 55% in 2003 to approximately 90% in the final year. Meanwhile, Mexico showed gradual but consistent growth, rising from about 2% in 1999 to around 35% by 2009\.
