→ Dạng: line graph – multiple groups (so sánh \+ xu hướng theo thời gian)

2. Introduction (paraphrase)

Giữ các từ khóa:

computer ownership

households

number of computers

time period

Có thể dùng:

shows → illustrates / compares

number of computers → different levels of computer ownership

Mẫu:

The line graph illustrates the percentage of households in the U.S. with different levels of computer ownership between 1997 and 2012\.

declined significantly

became the most common category

increased steadily

showed an upward trend

4. Chia BODY

BODY 1 – Nhóm chính (No computer & 1 computer)

No computer:

giảm mạnh từ khoảng 67% xuống dưới 20%

→ xu hướng giảm rõ rệt

1 computer:

5. Gợi ý từ vựng

Ví dụ:

The proportion of households with no computer declined sharply over the period.

Ownership of one computer increased steadily and became the most common category.

The figures for two and three or more computers rose gradually.

Households with three or more computers remained the least common group.

The line graph illustrates the percentage of households in the U.S. owning different numbers of computers between 1997 and 2012\.

Overall, computer ownership became increasingly widespread over the period. The proportion of households with no computer declined markedly, while those owning one or more devices rose, particularly in the case of households with two or more computers.

In 1997, households without a computer accounted for the largest share at around 67%, followed by those with one computer at approximately 27%. Over time, the figure for non-ownership fell steadily to about 17% in 2012\. In contrast, the percentage of households owning one computer increased from 27% to a peak of 50% in 2003, before fluctuating slightly and ending at around 50% in the final year.

Meanwhile, ownership of multiple computers rose consistently. The proportion of households with two computers grew from roughly 5% in 1997 to about 23% in 2012\. Similarly, those with three or more computers increased from just 2% to around 9% in 2009, before experiencing a slight decline to approximately 8% by the end of the period.
