→ giảm nhẹ rồi tăng

BODY 2 – Nhóm còn lại

Japan:

11 → 8.5 → 11

→ giảm rồi phục hồi

Netherlands:

6 → 8.5 → 8

→ tăng rồi giảm nhẹ

Sweden:

6 → 8 → 5

→ giảm rõ rệt về cuối

Overall, the USA was consistently the largest donor, while the Netherlands and Sweden contributed the least. Most countries showed an overall increase in aid by 2010, despite some fluctuations in 2009.

In detail, US aid declined slightly from 21 billion in 2008 to 19 billion in 2009, before rising significantly to 25 billion in 2010. A similar upward trend can be seen in the UK, where contributions increased steadily from 8.5 billion to 12.5 billion over the period.

Germany and Japan followed comparable patterns. Germany’s aid dipped marginally from 11 billion in 2008 to 10 billion in 2009, then recovered to 12 billion in 2010. Likewise, Japan’s figure fell from 11 billion to 8.5 billion, before rebounding to 11 billion.

By contrast, the Netherlands and Sweden showed less consistent trends. Dutch aid rose from 6 billion to 8.5 billion, then decreased slightly to 8 billion. Sweden’s contribution increased from 6 billion to 8 billion in 2009, but dropped to 5 billion in 2010, making it the lowest figure among all countries at the end of the period.
