HƯỚNG DẪN VIẾT BÀI

IELTS Writing Task 1 – Salaries vs Tuition Fees (Law & Business)

1. Hiểu đề bài

Biểu đồ so sánh:

mức lương trung bình của sinh viên sau khi tốt nghiệp
và học phí

ở 3 trường đại học (A, B, C), trong 2 ngành:

Law
Business

Đơn vị: nghìn đô

IELTSchef nhắc bạn:

Dạng này cần:

so sánh giữa salary vs tuition
so sánh giữa các trường
và so sánh giữa 2 ngành

2. Cách viết Introduction

Paraphrase đề bài, giữ đủ:

lương và học phí
2 ngành
3 trường
đơn vị

4. Cách chia Body

BODY 1 – Law

University A:

Salary \= 40

Fees \= 40

University B:

Salary \= 40

Fees \= 60

University C:

Salary \= 37

Fees \= 55

BODY 2 – Business

University A:

Salary \= 30

Fees \= 45

University B:

Salary \= 40

Fees \= 50

University C:

Salary \= 40

Fees \= 60

IELTSchef gợi ý:

Bạn có thể highlight:

Salary tăng từ A → C

5. Gợi ý paraphrase

IELTSchef gợi ý bạn một số cách diễn đạt:

average salary / tuition fees
figures / amounts
higher than / lower than
increased / remained stable

Ví dụ:

Tuition fees were generally higher than the average salaries across most universities nha.

University C recorded the highest fees in both subjects.

The charts compare average salaries of graduates and tuition fees for law and business students at three universities, measured in thousands of dollars.

Overall, tuition fees were consistently higher than salaries across most cases, particularly in business courses. University C generally recorded the highest fees, while salaries varied less noticeably between institutions.

For law, University A showed equal figures for salary and tuition at 40 thousand dollars. In contrast, University B had a significant gap, with salaries at 40 compared to fees of 60. A similar pattern is seen at University C, where graduates earned 37 while paying 55 in fees.

In business, salaries were lower at University A at 30, while fees stood at 45. At University B, salaries increased to 40, with fees rising to 50. University C again recorded the highest figures, with salaries at 40 and tuition reaching 60, indicating the widest disparity among the three institutions.
